Erin Miller-Meyers is a Florida licensed Real Estate Attorney and Partner at Grant, Cottrell, Miller-Meyers PLLC.
Since beginning her real estate law career in 2014, Erin has focused her practice on representing Buyers and Sellers in real estate transactions in Southwest Florida. Her favorite moments are the opportunities to connect and share insights through a pragmatic and empathetic lens – whether working with clients or supporting real estate agents. She is truly delighted to present educational events which foster professional development and lively discussions with local real estate agents. Some of her recent presentations on the NABOR and FRBAR Contracts include: Real Estate Inspections, Financing Contingencies, FIRPTA, Contract Updates, Seller’s Disclosures, HOA Disclosures, Avoiding Deal Breakers, Death and Real Estate Closings, Personal Property, and Hurricane Preparedness for Realtors.
Erin grew up in Naples, and met her husband, Matt Meyers, at Gulf Coast High School. They enjoy spending time with their lively pups – a boxer named Walter and a golden retriever named Whitley. Erin volunteers as the springboard diving coach for Naples High School.
Erin graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law, where she was an articles editor for the FIU Law Review. While at FIU, she also earned a Master of Arts in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. Erin is proficient in Spanish, and has taken courses in Haitian Creole, Latin, and French.
She is currently the Vice Chair of the Real Estate Section of the Collier County Bar Association, an active member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and a 2018 graduate of the Greater Naples Chamber’s GAIN program.
